Scope of application:
suitable for manual processing of X-ray film
Characteristic:
high contrast, high stability, strong anti-oxidation ability, large amount of processing film.
Preparation method:
- The 17L of high quality water at 50-60 ºC was poured into the developer barrel. Unpack the developer powder and take out the large package powder. Add the large bag powder slowly under stirring.
- After dissolution, slowly add small package powder under stirring, and dissolve to 19L after dissolution.
- After the solution is prepared, it can be used only after being covered and kept for 24 hours.
Usage and precautions:
1. The newly configured liquid medicine process at 18-24 ºC for 5-6 minutes.
2. The container shall be used separately and cleaned to prevent the mixture of developer and fixer.
3. All kinds of brand X-ray films can be used.
4. The developer time of the old liquid medicine should be increased as appropriate. If it is too long (more than 8.5 minutes), it means that the medicine is exhausted, and the new liquid medicine should be replaced.
5. At present, due to the decrease of silver content in X-ray film, if the processing temperature (24-26 ºC) is properly increased, the developer effect can be significantly improved, and the developer time can be correspondingly shortened in 2-4 minutes.
The method of developer powder and fixer powder is same.
