The LKDAC-MT3 serial rechargeable AC magnet yoke defect detector is subdivided into the LKDAC-MT3 and the LKDAC-MT3UV rechargeable AC magnet defect detectors (black and white).

The instrument is battery powered, and this provides an advantage over yokes that require a wired power supply  in that it allows it to perform magnetic particle detection whenof working at heights, such as inside a boiler or a pressure vessel.
