Radiation dosimeter
RAY - 2000A Personal Dosimeter is a small smart device, made with new monolithic integrated circuit technology, which can work under severe circumstances. It has strong anti-jamming ability, and is mainly used to examine X-ray gamma and beta radiation.

Dose rate thresholds can be set up as 0.5/1.0/2.5/10/30/50μSv/h.

Memory can be erased one million times.
10. Low battery indication: Battery level shows on the top right corner of the LCD, 3 means voltage is around 2.8V-3.2V, 2 means around 2.5V-2.8V, 1 means around 2.1V-2.5V, 0 means below 2.1V which is low battery.
